Trademarks at UNI

The UNI Trademark Committee, a sub-committee of the UNI Intellectual Properties Committee, was created in xxx.

The committee:

  • develops relevant local trademark policies;

  • disseminates information to the UNI community concerning national and international trademark law and UNI's trademark policies and procedures;

  • advises the Associate Director of Athletics/Business and Licensing concerning trademark issues at UNI;

  • responds to inquiries from UNI faculty, students, and administrators regarding trademark-related issues.

The Trademark Committee collaborates with the Intellectual Properties Committee to promote within the UNI community an understanding of the broad array of intellectual property issues, policies, and responsibilities inherent in our university setting.
