Psychology Graduate Student Welcome Picnic

On August 27, new and returning graduate students, faculty, and their significant others met for the Psychology Department’s annual beginning-of-year party at Island Park. They ate, played volleyball, and learned new and interesting facts about each other (like which graduate student’s former babysitter is now in jail for ax-murdering his whole family!).

“It’s really nice that everyone comes out to meet our new graduate students,” said Graduate Coordinator Dr. Helen Harton. “This event is just one of our initiatives to help welcome new students and integrate them into the graduate community.”
